SCG does not provide legal advice, tax advice, securities investment recommendations, or regulated financial advisory services.

Clients are encouraged to consult appropriately licensed attorneys, accountants, tax professionals, financial advisers, or other qualified professionals regarding matters requiring specialized advice.

SCG makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees concerning specific business outcomes, including but not limited to:

4. Client Responsibility and Implementation

SCG provides professional assessments, strategic recommendations, consulting guidance, and actionable business plans.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in a separate written contract, SCG does not undertake responsibility for implementing, managing, or executing the client's business operations, marketing campaigns, financial decisions, or strategic initiatives.

Clients retain full responsibility for evaluating recommendations, making business decisions, allocating resources, supervising personnel, and implementing strategies.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information upon which SCG may reasonably rely when developing recommendations.

5. Independent Business Decisions and Changing Market Conditions

All business decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client.
SCG's recommendations reflect the information, assumptions, and market conditions available at the time the services are performed.

Economic conditions, consumer behavior, technology, competition, and applicable laws may change, potentially affecting the suitability or effectiveness of recommendations.

Clients are responsible for monitoring their business environment and determining whether previously provided recommendations remain appropriate.


6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SCG's liability arising from consulting services is subject to the limitations, exclusions, and remedies established in the applicable written Consulting Services Agreement.
SCG does not guarantee that implementing its recommendations will prevent business losses or produce specific financial or operational results.

Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

7. No Consulting Relationship Established Through Website Use

Visiting this website, downloading educational materials, submitting an inquiry, or reviewing SCG's published content does not establish a professional consulting relationship.

A consulting engagement begins only after SCG and the client have accepted an applicable written Consulting Services Agreement.


8. Third-Party Products and Services

9. Intellectual Property and Educational Materials

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, SCG retains ownership of its proprietary consulting methodologies, templates, educational materials, training content, and other intellectual property.

Clients may use consulting deliverables for their own internal business purposes in accordance with their Consulting Services Agreement.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, resale, or commercial exploitation of SCG's proprietary materials is prohibited to the extent permitted by applicable law.


10. Updates to This Disclaimer

SCG reserves the right to revise this disclaimer as its services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements change.
Updated versions will be published on this website with a revised effective date.
