1. SMS Messaging Program

Skyward Consulting Group, LLC ("SCG," "we," "our," or "us") may offer optional text messaging services to individuals who have provided appropriate consent.

Depending on the messaging services activated, communications may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders

• Scheduling changes and service notifications

• Responses to client-initiated inquiries

• Consulting service updates

• Educational program announcements and promotional offers, where separately authorized
   

Enrollment in any SMS program is voluntary.


2. Consent to Receive Text Messages

By expressly opting in to an SCG text messaging program, you authorize SCG to send messages to the mobile number provided, consistent with the consent you have given.

Consent to receive promotional text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing consulting services.

7. Carrier and Delivery Limitations
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
SCG cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free SMS delivery.
